There are three components to this issue. The lower values are in a uniform design and color (black), the middle tier of values are a different but uniform design and color (rose), and the higher values are all individual designs and colors.
The stamps shown in this series are from the personal collection of Dr. Clarence Brazer. They were purchased from Greg Vaupotic who had purchased them from Jack Molesworth of Boston. Mr. Molesworth had acquired this set, along with a substantial portion of Dr. Brazer’s estate after his passing. The bill of sale from Molesworth to Vaupotic is presented to prove the provenance.
