Notes	Originally each receipt measured approximately 3x5 inches, with 3 pairs per page. By 1907 had been changed to approxiamtely 2x7 inches with several per page; alternate red and black pages to be used with carbon paper. Replaced by 3805, approximately 1916. Images added are from a book used in 1914.
