Post card form used to notify address that a second class circular/paper/package is being held at the post office and requires postage. It has a "731" at the top of the reverse which is assumed to be the internal Philadelphia post office form identifier. This is a privately printed post card form prepared by the post office at Philadelphia PA. It is similar to USPOD Form 1543 or 3548. |
