An Austin Nichols cover dated 8/30/1911 is the latest known from NYC. All other users had discontinued usage earlier. Blind perfins are known both on holes #1 and #9 not at the same time. This control pattern has been reported on the 1912 series. Examination suggests that was a broken pin pattern from another user.
