The British Association of Palestine-Israel Philatelists organization was dedicated to advancing Holy Land philately. Unfortunately, the organization is now defunct, but to continue it’s legacy of promoting collecting this interesting area of collecting these representative back issues of its Bulletins are presented below for download.
