The first commemorative stamps were not issued until 1893
No new varieties of the Special Delivery stamps were issued in 1891

Unwatermarked - Perforated 12 - Flat Plate - 200 Subject Plates - Soft Porous Paper

Note: The red brown and bright claret are shades of the brown 1879 stamp and were not a separate issue.
The distinction is made by philatelists only and therefore earliest documented usages of these stamps are not applicable.
