The Special Handling Stamps - Design of 1925

The Special Handling stamps were printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing on 200-subject plates using the flat plate method on unwatermarked paper and perforated 11. The plates were separated into four panes of 50 stamps before delivery to Post Offices. The stamps illustrated are from the earlier wet printing method.
